  • Any outcomes, losses, or damages resulting from interactions or transactions

Intellectual Property

Content you post on freeStuffApp is subject to the following:

  • You grant freeStuffApp a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute your content (e.g., item descriptions, images) solely for operating the platform
  • All freeStuffApp trademarks, logos, and design elements are our property or our licensors'. You may not use them without written permission

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Use
  • Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
  • Post inappropriate or misleading content

Limitation of Liability
